Hey, check out some new videos Robotkid added at www.freq.com!

The vids have completely changed my mind about Blink 182's The Rock Show in the game. It's fucking hard at the guitar parts. Robotkid, you were right, this song looks hard.

Unhhhh! Unhhhh! This is absolutely terrible. Usually they released it on the 25th of March. But now, because of a rainy day we just had, they had to delay the shipment to today which it is now. If some of you guys have reserved the copy (maybe) with a $5 deposit. The guys at either Electronics Boutique store will then call your house and tell you if the game comes in. I tell ya. It can be worth the wait.

I'll holla!

Amplitude is AWESOME! If everything goes as planned, by midnight, I'll have Insane cleared, and have a spot on the online ranking chart. Mwa ha ha ha! :-)

Now that you mention it, it does... oh well.

Amplitude RULES!!! I love it, I have all the levels unlocked on Brutal, but only one Bonus Song (Rockstar). The music in this game is amazing, but too much rap (and POD, way too much POD). The Baldwin Brothers, DJ MHX and Herbie Hancock so are my favorite songs.

And the Blink-182 song is actually 193BPM, even though everyone says it's 182... but it's still an awesome song in the game! So fun... drool.gif

So far, I have beaten the first four arenas on Mellow. I like Super Sprode E4.gif (Go shop at Target (tar-jay)!), Base Line, Rockit 2.002, ehh..., everything I've played in the first four arenas, except Weezer.

Me likes this game. E4.gif Positive infinity stars out of 5 stars!

Baseline is... ok. I don't mind it, but I hate the beginning of the song. But the chorus during the middle is awesome. "Boom" is absolutely HORRIBLE, and the only way to quickly unlock the hidden song in the first stage is to play all the songs frown.gif

"Rockit 2.002" and DJ HMX's song (can't remember the name) are my definent favorites so far. I've tried "The Rock Show" twice now and failed a little before the end of the song frown.gif

i've unlocked everything on mellow, and i skipped the next one, and in brutal, i've got one song left to unlock.

is it just me, or are the unlocks a LOT easier?

[i still haven't unlocked expert in frequency...well, after science genius girl, anyway]

I've beaten everything on Insane, gotten my star and halo, and as I write this, I'm 12th out of over 170. Wicked. Zelda can wait. I'm busy. :-)

got it today. this game rocks hardcore =)

I love the first boss stage. The song is totally beautiful. I wish there was a way to download it...

My friend says that this game is the love child of Frequency and REZ, and i tend to agree.

Werd, my GF picked up Amplitude. That game = beauty.

"Rockit 2.002" & "Kings of Rock" DEFINITELY made the game worth the wait. Old school in the heeeeeeeze! E1.gif

Overall, I like the songs. There's nothing I truly despise... I think the whole FREESTYLE becoming a special gem in itself makes the game a shade easier (it bailed me out on the Slipknot & BT songs!) -- Slo-Mo kicks hard azz, 'cept when it speeds back up to normal tempo. The change can goof up my timing... *gah*

Soundtrack mode is great, now that I can hear the songs uninterrupted w/out playing the game. That was necessary.

I'm up to the 5th level on BRUTAL mode and unlocked every bonus song up to that point... I'm guessing INSANE is gonna' be wicked. I'll be durned if I get that good. I'm not even sure I beat "End of Your World" from the original! frown.gif

But yeah, this game gets my ALL GOOD deal of approval.

Hmm, it has Slipknot. biggrin.gif I might have to buy this. Yes, drums on Insane (or whatever it's called), sound like fun.

That's not really different, it sounds just like Jukebox mode in the first one.
