I heard Have You Ever Been Mellow at the DMV last week.
I know the song is really from the late 60's, early 70's, but still - it was in DDR as well. _________________

kinda pushing it, but yesterday at the mall i suddenly heard sound the machine makes when you select a difficulty or whatever and immediately looked around to see why there was a DDR machine at the mall. after seeing nothing, i heard the sound a couple more times than realized it was from some generic rap song they were playing over the PA.
and am i the only person waiting for this current mainstream rap craze to subside? |

A TV station in Fresno showed a commerical for the local Boomers. In one of the clips, they showed someone playing DDR. I think he was playing B4U Oni. _________________

Ok I was walking through K-mart, reserving my copy of The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker, and getting the sweet Ocarina of Time master quest disk , when I heard Never Ening Story on the huge azz wall of CD players and such, I heard Never Ending story coming from over 50 Speakers! that was cool.
And today I was standing around after church waiting for my mom when I heard two guys saying " Yea got em it for christmas, it's nice to see kids getting excerise while playing video games." "yea I got my kids some Cobalt Flux metal pads, so they feel like they r in the arcade." hmmm I wonder what they were talking bout..... _________________

There was a music video called "Best of Me" I forgot the band name but it had this fat white dude dancing around on the machine, and instead of Dance Dance Revolution it read "Dance Dance Your Butt Off!" |

I LOOOOVE Jean Reno, so I rented a movie called "Wasabi." In the movie, he has a Japanese daughter. She takes him to a nightclub with an arcade. There, they watch people playing Dive-Basic on 5th mix. Then, she talks him into trying it! I love the guy, but GOD! he looks goofy! _________________

I remember when I visited Japan in 1999 I was shocked when I saw those japanese DDR masters in action... Unfortunatelly there were no DDR machines in Poland for quite a long time (just PSX versions were available). Now I can have fun with the DDR machine in my local game center and hear the same txt I said back then "OMG! Whazzdat!" _________________

DDR is everywhere o.o
I was at school today talking to my friends who have played once or twice, my friend said something about today being "National Dance Dance Revolution Day" (what's up with that? o.O) and a random girl walking by turned around and said "OMG, that's the best game EVER!" I was scared.
First of all, There You'll Be by Faith Hill (the "slower" version) is WAY better than the DDR version (in my own opinion). It was on the Pearl Harbour soundtrack and because the movie makes me cry, I cry whenever I heard it now o.O (A little off topic but anyways..)
I saw DDR on Street Cents. They were testing different soft pads to see which was the best. I can't remember which one they decided on, but most of them were playing on Basic, so how can they really judge which is best.
I also saw the DDR type game on Yu-Gi-Oh. It made me very happy.
My gym teacher played Tribal Dance once at school because we listen to music during gym. She also played the non-DDRized version of Holiday and another one, can't remember what song.
I heard Kakumei on 'The Amanda Show'. (Don't laugh at me. Who cares what I watch? ) I'm aware that it was originally a classical sort of song on the piano... I tend to get the piano-type songs mixed up, so me and my sister screamed "V!!" at the same time and my brother's like "NO! KAKUMEI!"
Which reminds me, I heard the original V when I was flipping through channels and landed on a figure skating competition. I want to know what the original is called. I want it. o.o
That's all. *hops away* |

I just got home from a weekend in Vegas. On saturday night, I went to a strip club with my boys and this girl stripped to Ba Kkwo. I was in total awe. The girl wasn't that hot, but I was laughin the whole time because of the whole situation. |
