What is the Weight/Height of a DDR Player?

:shades: I'm 4'9 170 pounds ^^; Hopefully playing DDR I'll loose some weight.

Hey, just started playing DDR. I can get a B on most 4 feet songs, but damn, Afronova Primeval is a b!tch. I bought Konamix, but since I live in a redneck-y town (Panama City, FL), It is hard to get imports. Oh god I must have 3rd Mix!!! Oh yeah, 212lbs, 6'2", 16 yrs. Can anyone suggest a website to buy DDR Imports? It would be very helpful. C' ya!

I'm 17 years old, 5 feet 6 inches, and 259 lbs. I used to be 291.5 like 2 months ago, but a 2hr/day of DDR sure pays off. Now all I have left to go is 109 more lbs or so. And no, I'm not playing to lose weight, I love this game. And yes, we big guys can do a lot of maniac songs. I can pass 20 catas.

On a side note, some people say they are fat, when they aren't. I wish people would stop worrying about something so little like that. When I was looming around 300 lbs. I asked someone how much he thought I weighed and he said 200. God forbid I ask him again when I get to 150 lbs!

I'm 4'4" and 54 lbs. im 11 years old, going into 6th grade.

Yo Kathy here, passed two catas, working on three. Quite small, I'm a gymnast though, so I dont give up too easy, lots of muscle... lol!

I'm 5"4ish and i wheigh 150 pounds i was 188 about 1 1/2 months ago but then i tryed ddr and it helped out alot especially the maniac songs, that gave me a good workout.

My arms are but very thin. My legs... well a bit more normal, because of my bike (although before December I could use it one month per year) and a little, this game.

In February I couldn´t pass My Fire B. Am i improving enough?

Hi, I'm 26, 6-1, 285. I just started playing DDR this past Wednesday. I stumbled across it at an arcade at the Jersey Shore (5th Mix). Some people were playing, and it looked like fun, so I tried it. I got hooked. I played it for a couple hours that day and a little bit the next day before I left for home. I bought Konamix and a cheap pad, and have been playing since then. I'm not really good at all but I'm getting better. I couldn't even handle a fast 2-foot song on the arcade game... Now I can complete a few of the 4-foots. Maybe someday I'll be able to handle the higher songs.

I'm 5' 4"-ish, and used to weigh around 165lbs. Now I weigh about 150lbs thanks to DDR, but I've been told to stop losing weight because I'm being sized for my wedding dress... They keep telling me to keep a stable weight so it looks right on the day!

I'm like 6'1" 220 pounds I think. Been a while since I checked my weight. Anyway, about the small/light ppl being better than big/heavy ppl thing, I can't disagree more. In my opinion, it requires rhythm and coordination more than anything (okay and some style makes it more interesting). I'm the 4th best in my area. Those three are slightly shorter than myself and average weight. There are a lot of other people like them physically that I can beat to a bloody pulp (in a DDR kinda way) because of my rhythm though.

I'm a 16 year old female, 5'7" and at last check (30 seconds ago), I weight 148.5 lbs. I have a weird metabolism... I eat like there's no tomorrow, but I don't gain any weight. I'm not fat, I guess, I'm DEFINITELY not skinny, but I'm not athletic, and that's something I need to work on.

What flattered me was when I went to Six Flags Great Adventure last Friday and the "Fool The Guesser" lady estimated that I was 130 lbs. That was classic, and it brought up what little self esteem I have.
