try hooking it up to both the PS2 port and the USB port on the PS2 at the same time. After a while, it might start working fine again.

Well, rats. I just received my DX fusion pad (not the pink one) and it is Dead On Arrival. Nice looking pad, but not a single button works on my PS2. I guess I'll see how good the follow up service is ... |
