That's what I was thinking, Zaphod. Perhaps he programmed it so it votes for DDR only...

Soypancho needs to read this thread. His BNS had a glitched right arrow right on arrival, but he's using it still now, so it must at least work alright. From what I heard, Cobalt Flux and Red Octane a ...

I know one person who has gotten the BnS pad, and the right arrow stuck within 45 minutes of play. The RO pad is definite quality.

Dive Into the Night - Soon after it starts, it sounds SO MUCH like "I eat small boys." Sure, it's not, it's Japanese lyrics... but, well, listen! riiight.gif

YES. Don't even consider the Cypher Games pad. My friend got that and one of the arrows was cracked within a week. Soon, the pad didn't work. Go for the Red Octane, it's worth the price.

Solid Snake is a character from the Metal Gear series. riiight.gif Doesn't have anything to do with DDR (besides that both games are made by Konami.. hm)

If you REALLY can't swing it, I recommend Red Octane. If you want a pad that'll last forever, save up the extra $100. The Cobalt Flux will outlive YOU. XD Definitely worth it, even if it is a LOT of c ...

Got to play on the new RO metal pad today. It was actually pretty good. The arrows do give a little when you step on them, but it's not bad enough to make it fragile. (I was playing 8-10 footers on it ...

I can't say I know a whole lot about the technicalities of that kind of stuff, but the pad idea seems sound. You might want to make the arrows lowered (like the arcade) so you can "feel" where you are ...

It's entirely possible that he bought the pad. I know another who has it, and while their pad instantly had issues, even CFs aren't perfect right out of the box. I guess what I wanna say.. is stop hat ...

Much sympathy, Pancho. My friend went through something like that with a metal pad she bought awhile ago. "Step - crack - bye, $150!"

I've had a pair of Cyphergames Ignition DX pads for almost a year now, they've only had minor glitching (and I think even that wouldn't have occurred had I modded them sooner -_-). Here's where you ca ...
