I wouldn't be used to the placings in PIU because I'm used to DDR arrow placement. And I barely know how to do the pad control thing, like choosing a song, speed mods, etc, etc.

What is the best way for someone who is really good at DDR switch to PIU, I want to get into it because it seems more challenging. Any tips, hints, advice?

For doubles you can wait until he's 4 1/2 feet to start him on doubles. It is easy, start on player 1 right and player 2 left. I just picked it up when I first tried but he should be able to do it. :g ...
