nothing registers when i plug it in to the ps2

i want to try to make it more sensitive but when i talked to one of RO customer service guy, he said that the pad will get more sensitive as you play on it, but now i don't really want to play on it a ... |

yeah, i called back and told them to go ahead and ship 4 new replacements when i really only need 1. I should've done this sooner, maybe getting like 12 or 18 replacement arrows. oh well |

well, i called RO, i just asked for the replacements and they just shipped it to me, free of charge. Good thing i only have 4 more days till the end of the 60 days warrenty |
