I use the dual ignition with a super joy box 11 converter and the XBCD drivers and have never run into a problem. The converter was only like $17.

For a few bucks more you can just get an x-box pad and forget the whole converter thing.

redoctane support is the worst. They never respond to email. Your best bet is to use their live support chat when it is available. That way you at least know you have someone's attention.
