i tried the website and it didnt help, but now that its working on SM, ive got a new problem

when i do a lump instead of it being normal, every time i try to step two arrows at the same tim ...

1. Download DirectX 8.2
If 1 doesnt work
2. Get a new graphics card

Yes its not working, does anybody know how to fix this problem?
