If you sometimes play arcade and you have more greats than perfects, then think about delay. However, EMS USB2 is combatible to almost every pad, just the delay makes it impossible to train for arcade

its called statical electricity, and either add a resistor in it to the ground, but wont be that easy. or try to rewire a controlbox from another pad where that problem doesnt occur.

had simelar probs: smartjoy with cf ... oops, doenst work.
with ems usb2 it was working, but... that adapter got about 80ms lag, too much if perfect windows is 30ms.

my suggestion would be NOT to use an adapter, just rewire a bit and you do not need an adapter, that means getting rid of the biggest lag source.
