Secondly, The black textured arrows give me problems. I have to put most of my weight on the X arrow to get it to register. I mean I am putting over 100lb of pressure on it just to get it to hit.

Quite frankly it seems it's not just MyMyBox, but ALL "premium" dancepad manufacturers have issues related to poor quality and customer service. Is it really this hard to buy a decent DDR dancepad?
